Why I do this

Helping families restore order, reduce stress, and move forward during life’s most difficult transitions.

A move, a loss, a smaller home — every transition comes with decades of belongings and a lot of feelings. I bring a plan, a steady pair of hands, and the patience to let you make every decision about what stays, what goes, and where it goes.

Who I help

If your home needs to change faster than you can manage on your own, you’re in the right place.

Seniors downsizing

Moving to a smaller home or a retirement community without losing what matters most.

Families after a loss

Sorting a loved one’s home with care, at a pace that respects your grief.

Retirees relocating

Arriving in — or leaving — Florida with a home that’s ready the day you get there.

Homes going to market

Clearing and organizing so a house shows well and packs easily.

Feeling overwhelmed

When clutter or a big life change has made home feel heavy, we start small and build momentum.

Services

Everything a transition asks of you — handled together.

When a job calls for heavy lifting or hauling, I coordinate with licensed, insured local movers and haulers so you have one point of contact from start to finish.

How it works

A clear plan before a single box is packed.

  1. Step one

    Consultation

We walk the home together and talk through your goals and timeline.

  2. Step two

    Written estimate

You get a clear scope and price in writing — no surprises.

  3. Step three

    Plan & document

With your permission, I photograph each space and flag items that need special care.

  4. Step four

    The work

We tackle priorities in order, on a schedule that fits your life.

  5. Step five

    Your approval

Nothing is donated or discarded until you say so. Ever.

Questions, answered

Do you move furniture or drive the truck?

No — I plan and coordinate the move, and partner with licensed Florida moving companies for transport.

Will you sell items or run an estate sale?

I don’t buy, sell, or liquidate belongings. I can help you sort what you’d like to sell so you can work with the seller of your choice.

Do I have to be there?

For decisions, yes — or a family member you choose. Once priorities are set, much of the work can happen while you’re away.

How long does a downsizing project take?

It depends on the home. Your written estimate will include a realistic schedule.
